Preparation Instructions:
To begin this recipe, first preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a large cookie sheet and lightly grease it. Moving forward, take out a large mixing bowl, and add in the ground cinnamon, all purpose flour, table salt, and baking soda. Mix these ingredients together thoroughly. Next take out a second mixing bowl, add in the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and half a cup of butter, then vigorously whip these two ingredients together until you have a light and fluffy cream. Follow that step by adding one egg and the apple juice into the fluffy sugar cream, thoroughly mixing all of the contents together. Finally you will now need to combine the ingredients from both bowls into a single bowl, again vigorously mixing the ingredients together. As your cookie dough begins to firm in the bowl, you will then need to add in the butterscotch morsels, grated apple, and chopped walnuts. Mix these ingredients together thoroughly, until they are even distributed throughout the dough. Lastly you can start dropping spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto your pregreased cookie sheet, then slide it into the oven to bake for ten to twelve minutes. Let the cookies cool for three to five minutes before serving.
