Preparation Instructions:
To begin this recipe, you will first need to take out a medium size saucepan. Combine the milk, softened butter, sugar, and butterscotch morsels. Next turn on your burner to medium high, and bring these initial contents to a boil, steadily stirring throughout to avoid any burning. Once the contents begin to boil, let them continue to cook at that temperature for one and a half minutes. Once you are done there immediately add in the peanut butter, rolled oats, and vanilla extract. Vigorously stir the cookie batter until all of the delicious ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture. Lastly take out a large cookie sheet, line it with wax baking paper, and then begin placing spoonfuls of your no bake cookie batter onto it. Let the cookies sit at room temperature until hardened, or to expedite the process you can slide them into the refrigerator to chill. Serve them once they've hardened with a tall glass of cold milk.
